In this blog post, we will give you an overview of how you can get started on this platform and how it can benefit your business in the first 30 days of a HubSpot Marketing Pro Subscription. We will also provide some tips on using HubSpot so that you can make the most of its features. So, if you are ready to take your business to the next level, read on!

Week 1 - Set up your account and create your first campaign

If you're using HubSpot for the first time, the first thing you'll need to do is create an account. You can do this by going to hubspot.com and clicking on the "Get Started" button.

 

Once you have created your account, you will be able to access HubSpot's features and start using them to benefit your business. One of the first things you should do is set up your first campaign. This will help you track your progress and see how well your marketing efforts work. 

 

Your campaign can be in the form of a social media ad,  video marketing, or infographic. Make sure you know what you’re going to deliver to your audience by setting up the right campaign on HubSpot. 

 

To set up a campaign:

  1. Go to the "Campaigns" tab in HubSpot and click on the "Create Campaign" button.
  2. Give your campaign a name and fill out the required information.
  3. Once you're done, click on the "Create Campaign" button, and your campaign will be ready to go!

Week 2 - Set up lead capture forms on your website

Make sure to set up lead capture forms on your website so that you can start collecting leads. You can do this by going to the "Sales > Lead Capture" tab in HubSpot and clicking on the "Create Lead Capture Form" button.

 

Then, follow the instructions on how to create a form. Once you're done, embed the form onto your website so that visitors can fill it out and become leads.

Week 3 - Create email workflows for automated marketing

Now that you have some leads, it's time to start nurturing them with email campaigns. Email campaigns are a great way to stay in touch with your leads and build relationships with them.

 

To create an email campaign, go to the "Email" tab in HubSpot and click on the "Create Email" button. Then, follow the instructions on how to create an email workflow. Once you're done, your campaign will be automatically sent to your leads according to the schedule you set.

Week 4 - Start creating custom reports to track progress

After running your first marketing campaigns for a few weeks, it's time to analyze your results by creating a presentation video or SlideShare. This will help you see what's working and what's not so that you can make adjustments to your strategy.

 

To do this, go to the "Reports" tab in HubSpot and click on the "Create Report" button. Then, follow the instructions on how to create a report. Once you're done, you'll be able to see all of your marketing metrics in one place.

Use HubSpot's CRM to Manage Your Sales Process

If you're selling products or services, HubSpot's CRM can help you manage your sales process. The HubSpot Sales Hub is a great way to keep track of your leads and customers, as well as manage your deals and pipeline.
