The maintenance and support plan keeps the day-to-day work covered. Project workstreams give bigger initiatives a named lane, dedicated attention, and a budget everyone can plan around.

The math stays simple: $2.5K/month to start, then $7.5K/month per active workstream. One workstream is $10K/month all-in, two is $17.5K/month, and three is $25K/month.
